Saturday 25th September we have a Charity Gala night with The Bandits and The Dirty South in a great double bill

The Bandits

The Bandits

Proper hard edged rock 'n' roll at 100 miles an hour. Machine gun guitars, vocals that can cut concrete, a rhythm section as tight as constipation and blood will flow. Bad Bob Bates, Brad Dolphin, and Whalebone Pete grab rock, blues and punk by the scruff of the neck, shake it about a bit, slip it a Micky Finn, then throw it on stage at just about any venue that'll have them. You'll never look at a band in the same way again - and might need a bit of help getting home. If you're brave enough their Web site is here.

The Dirty South

No Time For Jive
Promising "Moonshine based Southern Rock" and playing tracks from such artists as Blackfoot, Molly Hatchet, Steve Earle and of course Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Dirty South are the North-East's only tribute to "Southern Rock" music. Their Website is here.

Saturday 30th October has a "No covers" evening with fantastic local bands Stan & Archie Brown and the Young Bucks

Stan
